We would like to warmly welcome you to the NOLA Hip-Hop Awards, October 20, 2012 at the Joy Theater. This will be the 3rd year and we’ve been very blessed with the increased growth of the event. We’re very optimistic that this year’s show will be a sell-out. It will bring the Louisiana region together to showcase New Orleans music. We hope you can join us for the NOLA HipHop Awards on October 20, 2012. Show starts at 7pm, Hosted by Shiny Green.
Our show has a strong community theme, and it is supported by all artists of the New Orleans area. NOLA Hip-Hop Awards also contributes to the local youth by providing internship and mentorship opportunities for our youth at the event. We proudly donate a percentage of the proceeds to organizations designed to uplift our youth such as NFL YET and Boys and Girls Club.
The show does have something for everyone; you do not want to miss the Legendary throwback performances from Dj Jubilee, Ricky B and The Ghetto Twinz. Also, we will be presenting Lifetime Achievement awards to Q93 radio personality, Uptown Angela, and the producers behind the sounds of Master P’s No Limit Records, Beats By The Pound. And most important, we will be celebrating the great music and hard work of our local artists.
