Kevin Gates has served five out of six months for battery after kicking a female fan in the face. Upon his release, officials uncovered an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court related to a 2013 case. On Wednesday (Apr. 26), the Baton Rouge rapper pled guilty to felony gun possession at the Cook County Sheriff’s Office in Illinois and has been sentenced to 30 months in prison. Gates has been in jail since March 30 and is now set to be transferred to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Lil Kodak has been found guilty of violating the terms of his house arrest. On Wednesday (Apr. 26), Judge Thomas M. Lynch found Black guilty on five of six counts. The 19-year-old whose real name is Dieuson Octave went to a Miami-Dade strip club, a boxing match in Ohio, and other places without authorization from his probation officer.   According to TMZ, Black will remain in custody until his next hearing on May 4, where he will be sentenced. Prosecutors are pushing for the max, eight years in jail.
